Kristen Grant, President, is responsible for senior-level executive recruiting for our medical device, pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare global clients.

Kristen began her recruiting career with a national staffing agency, later joining a firm in Tampa. During her tenure in Tampa, Kristen achieved over 200% of her quota. In 1998, she joined Apple & Associates/A&A Retained Search and has become one of our firm’s top producers. She is well-respected within our organization and by her client companies. Kristen Grant is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Mercer University’s Research Psychology program.

When she is not spending her time cheering on her daughter in college swimming or her son in high school baseball, she can be found leading women’s small groups, volunteering at her church or at women’s shelters in her town or assisting her husband with college student outreach. She has two fun-loving dogs, Buck, a chocolate lab and Buster, a Yorkie.
